Scout Intelligence is your firm's automated RFP discovery engine. Instead of manually checking procurement portals every week, Scout monitors every source you configure and surfaces matching opportunities in your dashboard automatically.

Adding a source Click the Add Source button in the top right of the Scout Intelligence screen. Enter the URL of the procurement portal you want to monitor. Configure your filters including project types, keywords, budget range, deadline range, and geographic preferences. Save the source and Scout will begin crawling it on a scheduled basis.

Crawl modes Scout offers three crawl modes per source. Standard Crawl handles simple HTML sites and is included on all plans. Smart Crawl uses keyword search to find relevant RFPs on more complex sites and is also included. AI Agent Crawl uses Scout AI to browse complex portals the way a human would, handling JavaScript-heavy sites and multi-step navigation. AI Agent Crawl uses Agent Credits from your balance.

Reviewing discoveries New RFPs discovered by Scout appear in the Recent Discoveries section. Each discovery shows the title, source, date found, and an AI relevance score from 0 to 100 based on how well the opportunity matches your firm's expertise and history. Click Review to open the Go/No-Go panel.

Go/No-Go decisions The Go/No-Go panel shows the full RFP details, Scout AI's fit assessment, and three action buttons. Click Pursue to advance the opportunity to Qualified and create an assignment. Click Pass to record your reason for passing. Click Defer to revisit it later. All decisions are logged with timestamps and feed your Analytics.
