The Knowledge Base is the central intelligence system that powers every proposal Scout generates. It stores your firm's projects, team profiles, company documents, and past winning proposals in one searchable place.

Team tab Add team members by uploading a resume PDF. Scout AI auto-fills all profile fields including name, title, years of experience, bio, skills, certifications, and LinkedIn URL. Add a headshot for each team member. All resumes and headshots are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 and pulled into proposals automatically.

Projects tab Add projects using the 4-step wizard or import them from your firm's website, a CSV spreadsheet, or a portfolio PDF. Each project stores 50+ fields including building type, contract value, square footage, LEED certification, scope summary, challenges and solutions, client feedback, and team members involved. The more detail you add, the better Scout can match projects to incoming RFPs.

Company Docs tab Upload your firm's standard documents including capabilities statements, certifications, DEI statements, firm overview, boilerplate language, and insurance certificates. These are pulled into proposals automatically wherever relevant.

Successful Proposals tab Upload PDFs of past proposals your firm has won. Scout AI extracts writing patterns, structure, key phrases, and winning language that gets applied to every new proposal generation. The more winning proposals you upload, the stronger your future proposals will be.
