The Analytics screen gives your firm a complete picture of proposal performance, AI efficiency, and BD pipeline health.

KPI cards Four KPI cards at the top of the screen show Total Proposals submitted all time, Win Rate percentage benchmarked against the 3.5% industry average, AI Usage percentage showing how many proposals used Scout AI, and Time Saved this month calculated from the difference between average manual hours and average AI-assisted hours.

Charts Win Rate Trends shows your firm's win rate plotted monthly over the past 12 months. Proposal Status Distribution shows a donut chart of your current pipeline by stage. Pipeline by Stage shows a bar chart of proposal counts across all 11 stages. Revenue by Month shows won proposal values month by month.

Performance panels The AI Performance panel shows generation success rate, average generation time, content approval rate, and the win rate differential between AI-generated and manually written proposals. The Response Times panel shows average manual hours versus average AI-assisted hours and time savings per RFP.

Win rate breakdowns Scout tracks win rate by client organization, by building type and project category, and by Go/No-Go conversion rate. These breakdowns show your firm exactly where you are most competitive so you can pursue more of what you win.

Exporting data Click the Export Data button in the top right to download your analytics as a CSV or PDF. Use this for internal reporting, BD planning, or sharing performance data with firm leadership.
