The Learning Engine is what makes Scout smarter over time. Every win and loss your firm records is analyzed by Scout AI to extract patterns that improve every future proposal.

How it works When you record a win or loss outcome in the RFP Vault, Scout AI analyzes the full outcome including client feedback, evaluator scores, what worked, what did not work, competitor information, and lessons learned. Patterns are extracted by building type, client category, writing style, proposal structure, and technical approach.

What gets extracted Scout extracts winning phrases and language patterns from successful proposals, structural approaches that correlate with high evaluator scores, technical approach styles that win in specific building types, and client-specific intelligence that improves future proposals to the same organization.

How it applies Extracted patterns are automatically injected into the proposal generation prompt every time Scout generates a new proposal. The system surfaces the most relevant patterns based on the building type, client type, and geographic match of the incoming RFP. The longer your firm uses Scout and the more outcomes you record, the more competitive your proposals become.
